Ooseto rice from Kagawa is polished to 70% for this cloudy new-sake release from Nishino Kinryo. Bottled unfiltered without pasteurization or dilution, it captures the raw, milky texture and gentle sweetness typical of shiboritate nigorizake from Shikoku.
