Description

"Shirashita sugar" is a raw material name that can only be used by Kagawa Prefecture's Wasanbon sugar. It is characterized by a gentle flavor in Setouchi than the flavor of brown sugar condensed with the tropical atmosphere. Mitani -made sugar, founded in 1804, focuses on traditional manufacturing methods and protects traditions and taught the Japanese Bon bon method in the middle of the Edo period. Sugar cane also has a contract with about 30 farmers in the Higashian district. The raw materials are locally produced: Shirashita sugar (Mitani sugar: Higashi Kagawa -shi Majuku), Ume (Onishi Farm: Zodamachi), and Sake (self -made sake). From preparation to bottling, all handmade by breweries (employees). By using Shirashita sugar instead of ice sugar, it is finished in an elegant and gentle taste. It is an elegant scent and taste of Shirashita sugar and plums. It is the birth of a different discerning plum wine. You can enjoy it deliciously even on vanilla ice cream.
