Description
Kinryo Kohakutsuyu is a junmai daiginjo from Nishinokinryo in Kotohira, Kagawa, a brewery with roots going back to the Edo period as the sake of Kompira-san shrine. Concentrated and layered, it presents ripened fruit aromas and a balanced sweetness with refreshing acidity.
