Kiyama Shoten is a sake brewery founded in 1290 in Kiyama Town, Saga Prefecture, situated on the eastern edge of Kyushu at the foot of a mountain range that stretches into Fukuoka. The pure underground water flowing from that highland terrain has shaped the brewery's characteristically gentle, soft-flavored sake across more than seven centuries of continuous production.
