Futsushu made from locally grown Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 65%, brewed with snowmelt spring water from the Naeba mountain range in Tsunan, Niigata. Produced by the same cooperative brewery that cultivates its own sake rice, it is a straightforward everyday table sake.
