Misato Nishiki, a rare cross of Miyama Nishiki and Yamada Nishiki grown exclusively in Ogata Village, Akita, is polished to a junmai ginjo level and brewed with Mount Chokai water. The result is a nimble, supple sake with a soft fruity nuance and a sharp, clean finish.
