Ginjo Genshu from Niki Shuzo is bottled at undiluted strength, preserving the concentrated intensity of the press while retaining the delicate ginjo character this Hida Takayama brewery is known for. The higher alcohol of the genshu classification gives the sake a rounder body compared to diluted expressions.
