
A daiginjo named Kaori ('fragrance'), brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% and Yamagata's KA-1 yeast. Sourced from the subsoil springs of Mount Chokai, it is known as the brewery's top commercial daiginjo, with a graceful, fruity aroma and a light, dry palate with excellent clarity.
