创业于大正4年(1915年)。酒藏位于宫城县最北端栗原市一迫地区,昔称金田村,以优质水源与优良酒米闻名,因此命名为"金の井"。1987年第四代传人三浦幹典入藏,1996年迎入南部杜氏,正式展开精心酿酒之路,并确立了品牌地位。注重酒米的多样性,积极与全国各地农家签订契约栽培,近年尤其专注于使用当地产米酿酒。旗下品牌"绵屋"以能与料理相互映衬、如同餐桌上挚友般的"食中酒"为主轴,持续打磨酒质,致力于酿出既好喝又令人愉悦的日本酒。
