We are particular about the diversity of sake and rice, and we are working on contract cultivation with farmers nationwide, and recently we are focusing on sake brewing using local rice. In addition, "Cotta" continues to refine the sake quality as a sake that focuses on the matching with meals, and continues to refine the quality of sake as a sake that snuggles up to the dish, a dish and a friendly sake "food -like sake".
