Ginjo from Suehiro Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, a brewery with over 170 years of history and nine buildings designated as registered cultural properties. Drawing on the house tradition of yamahai brewing and Aizu contract-grown rice, this ginjo reflects the brewery's emphasis on aromatic refinement paired with clean rice character.
