Suehiro Sobanosake

Soba no Sake (buckwheat sake) is a junmai from Suehiro Shuzo in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima, crafted to complement soba noodles, a staple of the Aizu region. The brewery, founded in 1850 with nine structures registered as tangible cultural heritage, produces dry, clean-finishing sake built on Aizu water and Aizu-grown rice.
