Suehiro 特别纯米

Tokubetsu Junmai from Suehiro Shuzo in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima, brewed under the brewery's 1850-era standards and the yamahai tradition that Suehiro helped pioneer. The brewery uses only Aizu-grown rice and spring water, producing sake with soft body and clean umami. Specific rice variety and polishing ratio have not been publicly disclosed.
