Description

Yamahai brewing gives this nigori hiyaoroshi a naturally complex fermentation base before the sake matures through summer as a single-pasteurized seasonal. Fine lees remain in the bottle (nigori), and the autumn hiyaoroshi release delivers the sake without a second heat treatment.
