Gohyakumangoku polished to 55% forms the base of this tokubetsu junmai, which displays charming sweetness, gentle umami, and a refreshing cut. Direct-drawn into bottles without exposure to air, it preserves the fresh, lively character of newly pressed sake with no harshness.
