Hito Gokochi rice at a standard milling is the base of this josen-grade honjozo, crafted in small batches at a Tokyo brewery in Akiruno using spring water from Tokura Castle Mountain. The honjozo category and the brewery's hand-crafted approach give it a clean, everyday drinkability.
