Karakuchi Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Oseto Jikagumi is a direct-draw, undiluted yamahai sake from Ookurahonke in Nara, brewed with Oseto rice and no added alcohol. The jikagumi method preserves the full intensity of the yamahai fermentation, with elevated natural alcohol and a rich, dry, complex flavor. Oseto rice, a traditional Nara variety, lends regional authenticity and a robust grain character to this bold expression.
