Description
Use Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. The flavor, which has been polished to 50%, has only pure starch as much as possible, has a solid sweetness and fine acidity, and the rich taste of Yamada Nishiki is felt. The sharpness after drinking is excellent. The picture paper -like label entitled "Small joy" is by the late artist, Ichiro Hara, who suggests the good old Japanese heart. [London Sake Challenge 2020] Winner of silver prize. [Wine glass and delicious sake award 2021] Premium Junmai category won the highest gold prize. [IWC2021] SAKE section Junmai Ginjo Sake Division Gold Medal Award.
