🍶
Description

Yume no Kaori, Fukushima Prefecture's original sake rice variety developed for aromatic brewing, is milled to 55% for this tokubetsu junmai from the Kaishuichi brewery. Brewed with Utsukushima Kirameki yeast, the sake features a subtle fruit aroma, light bitterness, and a clean, spreading umami that fans of the variety describe as beautifully smooth when gently warmed.
