Miyama Nishiki milled to 60% is bottled as a muroka namagenshu, unfiltered and unpasteurized at full genshu strength, directly from the press at the Kaishuichi brewery in Aizu Wakamatsu. This format maximizes the fresh, concentrated character of Fukushima-grown Miyama Nishiki, with a richly textured body and vibrant lactic freshness.
