明治中期，酒藏将旗下二十余款清酒统一整合，创立了"酔心"品牌。以"辛口带甜"著称的广岛传统清酒，多年来深受众多顾客喜爱。酒藏以优质山田锦充分制造麹米与掛米，并以软水仔细调配，酿出入喉顺滑、四季皆宜的佳酿，且因酒体偏辛口，与料理的搭配极为出色。

沿革

  1. 1860Suishin Yamane Honten was founded (Man'en 1).
  2. 1912Won first place at the 2nd National Sake Fair, hosted by the Ministry of Finance.
  3. 1914The National Tax Agency's brewing research institute identified the brewery's proprietary yeast as Association Yeast No. 3 in a nationwide survey of excellent yeasts.
  4. 1924Received the Award of Excellence at the National Sake Fair for the third consecutive time, earning a special 'Meiyosho' (Honor Award) granted only once before to Suishin for three consecutive wins.
  5. 1939Selected as one of only three sake brands nationwide designated as tokuhitsu-shu (specially noted sake).
  6. 1955Received a commendation and a ceremonial wooden sake cup from the Emperor.
  7. 1956Launched 'Young Suishin,' refined using Japan's first bottle-aging storage method (bin-gakoi) developed by the brewery's third-generation master.
  8. 2000Discovered the ultra-soft water source 'Buna no Megumi' at the foot of Mt. Takanosu.
