- 1960Eleven sake breweries in the Shinano-Nakano tax office district formed a joint sake bottling plant.
- 1963Began sake production, continuing to the present (the company profile lists 1963 as its founding year).
- 2009Began using spring water from Ryukoji Temple in Kijimadaira Village, selected among Japan's Heisei-era Top 100 Waters, as brewing water.
- 2018Participated in the Dai-Nagano Sake Festival 2018 in Yotsuya on July 15.
- 2019The event 'Snow-Aged Sake: A Journey to Make Uchiyama no Shizuku' was held.
