沿革
- 1790Founder Hidematsu Ichishima branched off from the main Ichishima family and began brewing sake at the current site in Shibata; the original brand name was "Suwamori."
- 1979The brewery produced Japan's first female first-class certified sake brewing technician, Kazuko Shiiya.
