沿革

1. 1915Founder Kamezo Miyashita began sake brewing in Tamano, Okayama Prefecture, marking the start of the company.
2. 1965The brewery was rebuilt and fully relocated to its current site on the banks of the Asahi River in Nishikawara, Okayama City.
3. 1983Began producing shochu.
4. 1995Launched Doppo, the first craft beer brewed in the Chugoku region.
5. 2011Obtained a whisky manufacturing license.
6. 2015Celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding and introduced a whisky pot still.
7. 2017Opened the Sake Studio Doppokan and released Whisky Okayama.
8. 2022Marked the 100th anniversary of the company's incorporation.
