自天保三年创业以来延续至今的传统酒藏"白岭酒造"，彻底贯彻以米、水与人之和谐为核心的酿酒精神。酒藏与当地农户合作，坚持追求更优质的原料米，使用从面前的大江山山脉"由良岳"山腰不动瀑布流出的水源。这水虽属超软水水质，却能自由酿出甘口与辛口，是白岭酿酒的起点，充满神秘之力。坚守创业以来传承的传统酿造方法，以杜氏之手将精选原料酿造成酒，持续传承这一酿造工艺。

沿革
- 1832Fifth-generation Rokuemon received permission from the Tanabe domain (present-day Maizuru) to begin sake brewing.
- 1845Thirteen years after opening, annual production reached 120 koku.
- 1869The seventh generation head inherited the family business at age sixteen and shifted to diversified management.
- 1889Eighth-generation Nakanishi Kazuo succeeded to the business.
- 1938The ninth generation took the name Rokuemon.
- 1950Incorporated as Nakanishi Meijo Co., Ltd.
- 1964Renamed to Hakurei Shuzo Co., Ltd.
- 1974The tenth generation took the name Rokuemon.
