这是一款酒精度12度、注重酸味与果味的全新感觉本格烧酎。在京都府产业技术研究中心的协助下,使用「京都酵母」中的冷酒酵母「京之咲」,与「白麴」的绝妙搭配,呈现出淡淡的甜口风味。无需搭配生鱼片,与烤物、炸物、披萨或饺子等现代饮食皆相宜。可以RTD的方式与家人朋友轻松畅饮,亦可当作甜点酒来享用。
