朝日鹤酒造株式会社于1830年以"久保田屋"之名创立于新潟县长冈市朝日地区，历经近两个世纪的持续经营，始终坚守品质优先的理念。朝日山品牌以酒造所在村庄命名，诞生于明治时代，至今仍是与久保田并列的第二核心品牌，采用软质地下泉水与新潟本地米酿制。酒造以其佐餐、新潟风格的清酒在国内外均享有盛誉。
