使用釀酒適合米「五百萬石」,精米步合65%釀製而成的本釀造酒。採用小批量釀造,上槽後進行無過濾瓶裝,瓶裝後冷藏保存,徹底進行品質管理。口感極辛口,香氣柔和,風味清新爽快,收尾乾淨俐落。開瓶後即刻感受到清爽氣息,隨後酒體逐漸融合,達到極佳的平衡感。除冷飲外,常溫或溫熱飲用均適宜。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
