100%使用溫潤米「五百萬石」的德次郎品牌。小批量釀造,上槽後無過濾瓶裝,冷藏保存,品質管理嚴格。帶有兼具柔和與清爽的吟釀香,優雅的米香瀰漫開來,豐富的旨味與爽利的酸味相得益彰。開瓶後即感清爽,隨後逐漸融合,達到極佳平衡。冷飲固然美味,常溫或熱燗亦推薦。是一款襯托料理的餐中酒。

城陽酒造位於京都府城陽市,距京都與奈良各約五公里,1895年在溫暖的氣候與木津川地下水(軟水)的恩惠下成立,1973年正式法人化。作為京都南山城地區唯一的清酒釀造廠,酒造傳承創業以來的釀造技術,每年持續挑戰新嘗試,以生酒、瓶內二次發酵、冷藏瓶儲等方式呈現清酒原本的鮮活風味。1993年起以當地青谷梅「城州白」釀造梅酒,選用大粒飽滿如桃般的梅子醃製,經3年以上長期熟成,深受好評。
