The nama (unpasteurized) counterpart to the fire-pasteurized Meitomasamune Waki, this tokubetsu junmai uses Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki at 65% polish and carries an exceptionally high nihonshu-do of +15. The raw bottling delivers a more vibrant, immediate version of the same dry, clean rice character.
