Named after Himeji Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the White Heron Castle, this daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 38% from this brewery established in 1836 in Himeji. It shows a fruity, refined aroma with notes of white peach and a graceful, clean palate, and the brand has earned seven gold medals at the National New Sake Competition since its first in 1988.
