Sansha Dozo Kura Jukusei Kuradashi Genshu is an earthen-warehouse-aged genshu from Harada Brewery in Hida Takayama, matured in a traditional dozo (earthen storehouse) to develop a deep, rounded complexity. The aging environment of the clay-walled storehouse moderates temperature fluctuations, slowly mellowing the sake and adding a rich, layered character. Bottled undiluted at full genshu strength, it expresses the full concentration of its extended maturation.
