Description

A luxurious pure rice Daiginjo Sake using only Yamada Nishiki, which has been polished to 35 % for both koji rice and rice. Blue apples and bunanas feel a banana. It features a refreshing acidity, a solid sweetness, and a deep flavor. It is recommended to drink or drink as it is. The elegant Ginjo incense wraps the richness peculiar to Yamada Nishiki and disappears in the back of the throat as a rich flavor.
