澤田酒造株式會社
奈良縣
1830年（天保元年）創業，酒藏位於奈良盆地西端，東鄰祭祀酒神的神社，西仰二上山聖峰。自第三代起進入全盛時期，以自家田間收穫的酒米和金剛、葛城山系的地下水釀造出大和地酒。第四代畢業於大阪工業學校（今大阪大學），大幅提升了清酒品質，使其成為代表奈良的名酒。如今的澤田酒造承繼傳統，每日鑽研精進，釀造出風味清爽、口感醇厚、令人聯想到奈良盛世的優雅清酒。
