Description

There are fruits such as blue apple and muscat, and a gentle fragrance like flowers, and you can also feel minerals. It has almost no astringency and bitterness, is lighter and smooth than Junmai sake, mellow sweetness, deep umami, and well -balanced flavor with solid acidity. The good taste of the back mouth tightens the plump and pleasant umami when it is warmed. An all -rounder that can be close to any dish. It is recommended to use at room temperature as it is or to tighten the fragrance (about 45 ° C). In addition, the word "Kikomitsu" is by the calligrapher Tan Yuki Ogino, who is also famous for the characters of Suntory whiskey "Hibiki".
