Kanjikomimuroka Genteinama Tokubetsu Junmai Nanakamba is a limited, cold-season-brewed (kanjikomi), unfiltered (muroka), undiluted (genshu) raw sake under Hikami Seishu's Nanakamba label. Cold-weather brewing during the deep winter months of Okuizumo, Shimane concentrates flavor development, and the absence of charcoal filtration preserves the full-bodied, natural rice character and fresh aromatic complexity. It is a highly seasonal, direct expression of the brewery's winter craft.
