「冬水田んぼ」是指收割後不翻耕,在下次插秧前將田間蓄滿水的農法。其效果在於冬季水中大量繁殖菌類與微生物,使土壤營養更加豐富,同時減少雜草。冬日鳥兒飛臨田間覓食,富含磷酸的鳥糞成為優質肥料。田間及周圍植被繁茂,形成適合無農藥、無化學肥料栽培的自然環境。這款「一之藏 冬水田んぼ 特別純米生原酒」,正是以這種與自然共存的農法所生產的大米為原料。原料米100%採用有機栽培笹錦,為充分發揮有機米的旨味,以原酒直接瓶裝。這是一瓶兼具美味與安心、安全、可信賴的釀造理念的佳作。
