松井酒造株式會社創立於享保十一年(1726年),酒藏坐落於東山三十六峰與鴨川之間,附近有京都御所、下鴨神社及比叡山等名勝環繞,自然環境得天獨厚。因地下工程影響而長期停產後,酒藏於2009年復興,多名釀酒師共同投入釀造。酒藏不追求強烈香氣或辛辣,而是最大限度呈現米的甜酸「米之旨味」,以松尾大社日本酒大賽冠軍的實力,釀製醇厚美味的佳釀。
