岩手縣
吾妻嶺酒造的前身為江戶時代天明元年(1781年)創立的紫波酒造。更早之前的前身「權兵衛酒鋪」在延寶年間(1670年代)釀造出了岩手最早的「清酒」,為這家酒藏日後的發展奠定了基礎。酒造傳承南部杜氏的釀造主流,以每年500石的小批量精心釀造,從備料到完成一絲不苟,以「岩手風格的酒」為目標。
