Description

A muroka namagenshu Junmai Ginjo from Azumamine Shuzo in Shiwa Town, Iwate, brewed with Ginotome, an Iwate-cultivated sake rice, and bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted to deliver raw fermentation intensity. Named after Nanshozan mountain, this sake reflects the terroir of Iwate's mountain landscape that has defined the Nanbu Toji brewing tradition for centuries.

吾妻嶺酒造的前身為江戶時代天明元年(1781年)創立的紫波酒造。更早之前的前身「權兵衛酒鋪」在延寶年間(1670年代)釀造出了岩手最早的「清酒」,為這家酒藏日後的發展奠定了基礎。酒造傳承南部杜氏的釀造主流,以每年500石的小批量精心釀造,從備料到完成一絲不苟,以「岩手風格的酒」為目標。
