岩手縣
吾妻嶺酒造的前身為江戶時代天明元年（1781年）創立的紫波酒造。更早之前的前身「權兵衛酒鋪」在延寶年間（1670年代）釀造出了岩手最早的「清酒」，為這家酒藏日後的發展奠定了基礎。酒造傳承南部杜氏的釀造主流，以每年500石的小批量精心釀造，從備料到完成一絲不苟，以「岩手風格的酒」為目標。
