以無農藥栽培釀造的Earth是Colors系列中最注重農業實踐的作品。原料陸羽132號誕生於大正時代的秋田，以詩人兼農民宮澤賢治的推薦而聞名。因其抗寒害能力強、適合無農藥栽培，成為自家田地的主要品種。長期冷藏保存後風味趨於完熟。

新政酒造
秋田縣
新政酒造堅持「僅使用秋田縣產酒米、以純米釀造」的方針，全程採用1930年分離的「協會六號酵母」及天然乳酸菌釀造，不添加任何釀造酒精。酒造還積極推行以杉板竹箍箍緊的「木桶」釀造，利用木桶天然材質中殘留的微生物，發揮生命活動的釀造工藝。此外，酒造在秋田市東部山區開闢無農藥、無化學肥料的酒米田，探索自然生態系統、農業與釀造之間的有機聯繫，持續追求清酒的本真風味。
