Even in Omachi, which is also a good rice -friendly rice, we started making it in 2019 that we wanted to prepare for low -polishing rice. Despite the low -polished rice, it is finished in "clean and dry sake without savory taste", and is recommended as a food sake with a gentle scent. It goes well with meat dishes with a strong taste, and can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperature zones as a new -style food sake.
