沿革

  1. 1829An Omi merchant founded the sake brewery "Tonoike Sogoro Shoten" in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, the origin of the Tonoike family sake business.
  2. 1937Tonoike Itsugoro founded Tonoike Shuzoten in Mashiko as a branch of the family business, brewing under the brand name "Yachiyozuru."
  3. 2012Began production of the new brand "Bo (望)".
  4. 2015Toji Ono Makoto took the lead in earnestly advancing the brewery's sake-making.
  5. 2019Launched the new brand "Tonoike AUTHENTIC."
  6. 2022Won the President's Award (overall 1st place) at Kura Master in France.
  7. 2024Won the Grand Prix at the US National Sake Appraisal for the second consecutive year, and received gold at the National New Sake Awards for the 10th consecutive year.
  8. 2025Achieved the first-ever simultaneous 1st place finish in two categories at the Nanbu Toji Self-Brewed Sake Appraisal.
