沿革
- 1643Founded at the current location (Nagahama, Joetsu) in the 20th year of Kan'ei.
- 1943Renamed the brand from "Kiminomatsu" to the current "Notaka" (Noutaka).
- 1953Won an award of excellence at the 1st Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Competition.
- 1955Incorporated as a joint-stock company with 5 million yen in capital (first president Kimi Tanaka) and built a new kura.
- 1956Won an award of excellence at the 3rd National New Sake Competition.
- 1958Rebuilt the koji room with modern facilities.
- 1989Won the top prize (first place) at the 49th Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Appraisal.
- 1996Hirokuni Tanaka became company president.
