Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% defines this Ishikawa daiginjo from Kanaya Syuzoten under the Takasago Taiga (great river) label, named for the Tedori River that feeds the brewery. Mellow and refined with the full ginjo character of Hakusan-region mountain water.
