Matsunokotobuki Honjozo is the everyday expression from Matsui Sake Brewery in Shioya, Tochigi, where owner-brewer Matsui Nobuki became Tochigi's first designated master brewer. Ultra-soft spring water from the cedar forest behind the brewery produces a delicate, approachable honjozo with clean flavors and a gentle, lingering finish.
