Manatsuru Ginjo is a benchmark expression from Manatsuru Shuzo in Echizen Ono, Fukui, a brewery that produces its entire lineup at ginjo specifications using traditional hand-crafted methods and naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria. Echizen Ono's celebrated Oshozu water, drawn from natural springs at the foot of Mt. Hakusan, provides a mineral-clean base that supports the ginjo's fragrant, fruity character and long, elegant finish. One of Fukui's most recognized ginjo expressions.
