일본 청주 발상지 나라의 야마토 고원, 해발 약 500m의 혹한 지역인 쓰게에 위치한 쿠라모토 양조장은 1871년 창업 이래 지역 특성을 살린 주조를 이어오고 있습니다. 자체 산림에서 채취한 산수를 사용하며, 지층에서 천천히 여과된 부드러운 연수가 이 양조장만의 특징입니다. 온도 차가 큰 지역에서 재배한 고품질 쌀과 이 물을 바탕으로, 전통을 계승하면서도 새로운 청주의 기준을 목표로 매일 정진하고 있습니다.
