Brewed at Ueda Shuzo using underground spring water from beneath Ikoma Mountain and sake rice varieties including Yamada Nishiki and Nara's own Tsuyuhakaze, this junmai reflects a brewery tradition stretching back more than 400 years. The sake aims to complement everyday cooking rather than stand apart from it, favoring a comforting, rice-forward flavor.
